چکیده
Objective Takotsubo syndrome following cardiac surgery is a rare occurrence. However, early diagnosis essential to prevent treatment which could increase the left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient in patients with syndrome, and lead cardiogenic shock. Therefore, our study aimed identify incidence of after cardiopulmonary bypass associated risk factors prognosis. Methods We retrospectively studied 5773 who underwent between February 2007 July 2017. Among these, was diagnosed 52 (0.9%). To evaluate for 104 remaining 5721 patient were randomly selected as control group (1:2 ratio). Univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses used factor analysis. Results Majority (69.2%) mitral valve surgery, compared 32.7% group. The identified: atrio-ventricular (odds ratio (OR) 10.5; 95% confidence interval (CI), 2.6–42.5; p = 0.001); immediate postoperative use epinephrine (OR, 3.3; CI, 1.0–10.7; 0.05) dobutamine 4.8; 1.72–13.3; 0.003). Hypertension significant protective against 0.22; 0.06–0.73; 0.01). Conclusion rare. Immediate doputamine, well development syndrome.
